Silicone heater hose adopts the top grade silicone and it is made by the extruding method. With 2 layers of high tensile polyester reinforce, the heater hose is highly flexible with high strength. Orientflex offers you high temp heater hose which can work at max 220℃.

Application: Mainly used in mine hydraulic support, oil exploration and suitable for engineer construction, crane transport, forging metallurgy, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery and various machine tools.
Silicone Heater Hose meets the requirements of the SAEJ20R3 Class A specification. The silicone hoses are reinforced with 1-ply polyester fabric. The blue silicone heater hose is designed for elevated temperatures applications and has a range from -54℃ to +200 ℃, making them well-suited for coolant fluid service and vacuum line service.
Blue Heater Hose is commonly used as air intake connection, supercharger connection, turbo and intercooler drain lines, radiator and heater core connection where high temperature or extreme working conditions exist. It’s used in performance motorcycles and vehicles, marine wet exhaust, commercial trucks and buses, induction and cooling systems, agricultural and off highway vehicles, all turbo diesel applications, food and beverage connections and general manufacturing industries.
