Whether in the acid-base fumes of electroplating workshops or the circulating solvents and paints during painting operations, hoses serve as the indispensable “conveying lifeline” in surface treatment processes. The surface treatment industry deals with corrosive media such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and various solvents year-round, operating under harsh conditions including high pressure, high temperature, and continuous circulation. Therefore, the quality of hoses in surface treatment directly determines the quality of end products and production safety. 

Orientflex surface treatment hoses are engineered to tackle the harshest challenges in corrosive environments. Unlike ordinary hoses that degrade quickly under strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid) and alkalis (like sodium hydroxide), our hoses adopt multi-layer composite structures—the inner layer is made of chemically resistant materials (e.g., PTFE, EPDM) that form an impermeable barrier against corrosive media, while the middle reinforcement layer (high-strength synthetic fiber or steel wire) ensures excellent pressure resistance (up to 30 bar working pressure) and dimensional stability. Even in high-temperature working conditions (ranging from -40°C to 120°C), the hoses maintain flexibility without hardening or cracking, perfectly adapting to the “corrosion + pressure + temperature” triple test in surface treatment processes.
